For all purchased items, I will issue either a replacement or refund only if the item arrives in damaged condition. For all counseling sessions, I do not issue any refunds, although I may issue a session credit if extenuating circumstances occur. Every situation is different, so all potential credits are based on my discretion.
I conduct counseling sessions over private chat. I have accounts at both Telegram and Signal. I can also send your reading to you via email, if you would prefer to have a copy that you can read and go over carefully whenever you have some quiet time to yourself. Pick the option that is most suitable for you.
My standard rates as well as block rate discounts are listed below, along with a few guidelines and some alternative options for receiving your reading. I currently offer 3 different time slots -- 15, 30, or 60 minutes. Most of the time readings are scheduled within 1 week.
